At this page, you can create or modify questions for assessments such as tests, polls, and quality analysis. When executing an assessment, each question will be displayed on a separate page. The questions for all assessments will be displayed according to the order of the description of the questions at the design stage. However, the order of the answers for the assessments will be as follows:
- When executing a test, the answers are displayed in a random order.
- When executing a poll or a quality analysis, the answers are displayed in the order set in the design of the question.
Below are the steps to design a new question:
- Create an item for an assessment. You must at least define a meaningful description for the item. The description entered will be displayed on the first page of assessment when it is executed. In Exact Synergy Enterprise, an assessment is defined as an item. A question is also defined as an item and linked to the assessment with an item relation. In this way, the same question can be re-used in different assessments. You can create items at Logistics/Entry/Items. The assessment can only be modified by the owner of the item. Therefore, to allow more people to modify the assessment, you need to create a project and link it to the item. You can create projects at Project/Entry/Entry/Project. All project members will then be able to modify the assessment.
- Select the assessment item at Test/Poll.
- Click Show.
- Click Add.
For more information, see How-to: Managing Assessments.

- When executing a test, the answers are displayed in a random order.
- When executing a poll or a quality analysis, the answers are displayed in the order set in the design of the question.

Type an answer to the question defined at Question if you are creating a multiple choice question. However, leave this blank if you are creating an open question. In an open question, the person who executes the test has to fill in the answer.
Note: This column cannot be edited if you set the template as mandatory at Workflow/Setup/Assessment/Answer: Templates.
Score
Type the score for the corresponding answer. For example, for a standard multiple choice questions, the score can be as follows:

However, other scores are also possible.
Note: The total score of the test is the sum of the score of answers based on the selection by the person who executes the test.
